What Podcasts Do I Listen To?

I read a lot of programming books, I have two books shelves to prove it. I even have my own book on my shelves. But I listen to a lot of Podcasts each week. Obviously I listen to the Pwop Productions line up, thank you Carl and Richard. Those two along with Roary Blythe and Mark Dunn have done our little .NET world a great service by producing such rich, on target media to expand our knowledge.

RunAsRadio

HanselMinutes

Mondays - Please give us another edition!

I also listen to the ASP.NET Podcast, produced by Wally McClure and Paul Glavich. While the audio is not quite as polished it is a hard core programming Podcast and Videocast on specific .NET development topics.

Corey Shoemaker produces the Polymorphic Podcast and has a rich lineup of content. But Corey has not produced anything of late, which means he is probably so busy making real money the Podcast has to suffer. Hey I understand.

Next I listen and watch and even have done Channel 9 interviews. There is a great variety of content available to us to peer behind the scenes in building 42 and interact with some great leaders in the .NET space. I think my favorite, as is most listeners, is ArcCast with Ron Jacobs. Ron has done hundreds of great interviews.

Staying in the technology arena I also listen to Leo Leporte when I get a chance. He has several Podcasts available and covers general technology topics. Much of what he covers are product and software reviews, but he also will review other items like phones, televisions, etc. I have always like Leo and the way he presents technology so that the geekiest and the most normal can understand and appreciate the item. He also interviews really neat people too and I have always enjoyed those. I really miss Tech TV on my satellite with Leo and the other great shows they had before the bubble burst, sigh.

I also like to keep my mind around the marketing and search engine optimization space as well. Web Master Radio is the place to be for that. Here you find marketing, domain and affiliate marketing programs that will inspire to go ahead and build that site you always wanted to do.

Of course I listen to all these Podcast on my Zune, which I just do not know what my life would be like without it at this point!
